Terms and Conditions for the Site for Selling Decorative Paintings, Wooden Frames and Canvas Paintings

“User” refers to anyone who uses the site or purchases products.

All products are displayed subject to availability, and designs or sizes may vary slightly due to the handmade nature of some products.

Prices are displayed including or excluding taxes as indicated.

Payment must be completed to confirm the order.

For orders of custom canvas sizes such as 120×180 cm, a 50% deposit is required in advance.

Alternatively, full payment can be made online using credit or debit cards at checkout.

For any order with a total value exceeding EGP 3,000, a 50% deposit is also required before processing begins.

• Bank Transfer (for deposit payments – details will be provided upon order confirmation – Instapay )

Deposit & Cancellation Policy

Deposits are non-refundable once production has started, as each piece is custom-made.

If you wish to cancel your order before production begins, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to discuss available options.

Products are shipped to all areas supported by the site.

Delivery time varies depending on the geographical location and ranges from 3-7 business days (unless otherwise stated).

Shipping fees depend on the location and weight of the order.

Customers have the right to return or exchange products within 7 days of receiving the order, provided that the products are in their original condition and unused.

The customer bears the shipping costs in the event of return or exchange (unless the product is defective).

Return or exchange will not be accepted on customized products.

The site is not responsible for any damages resulting from misuse of the products.

The images displayed on the site are for illustrative purposes, and colors may vary slightly due to screen settings.

All content (designs, texts, images) on the site are owned by the site or used with the permission of the rights holders. Reproduction or distribution is prohibited without prior written consent.

Personal data is collected for use only in processing orders and improving user experience.

11. Color Variation Policy

Please note that returns and exchanges do not cover any color variations of tableaux or frames that may appear different under various lighting conditions.

All official color assessments are based on standard white lighting in our factory prior to packaging. Any differences in color resulting from external lighting, customer environments, or display screens are not considered defects and therefore are not eligible for return or exchange.
