Returns & Exchanges
1. Custom-Made Products
All frames and canvas tableaux are custom-made based on the selected size and design. Returns or exchanges are not accepted after order confirmation, except in cases of manufacturing defects or damage upon delivery.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photos. The item will be replaced free of charge.
3. Color Variations
Minor color differences may occur due to screen settings or lighting conditions. These variations are normal and are not considered defects.
4. Change of Mind
Returns due to a change of mind may be accepted only if the product is returned in its original condition. In such cases, 20% of the order value will be deducted as a printing cost, in addition to shipping fees.
5. Refund Processing
Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected:
- Cash on Delivery: within 24 hours
- Card Payments: within 48 hours, with a 5% processing fee deducted
6. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before shipment. If the order has already been shipped, the return policy above will apply.
7. Non-Refundable Items
Gift cards and promotional items are non-refundable.
